Mix together the tomato ketchup, chutney and sugar, brush it over the
chicken and leave it to stand for 1 hour. Brush again with any remaining
mixture and place the chicken in a roasting tin (pan). Bake in a preheated
oven at 190°C/375°F/gas mark 5 for 40 minutes until cooked through,
turning occasionally and basting with more sauce if necessary.
