Bean Curd Soup Recipe

Ingredients :

2 cups Strong chicken stock

2 squares Fresh bean curd

1/2 cup Chopped cooked chicken

1 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro leaves

 

Method :

Chill the stock in a refrigerator. Scoop and discard all fat from the surface. Bring the stock to the boil and add the chicken and bean curd. Heat through and then sprinkle with the fresh cilantro leaves before serving immediately while still hot.
