Ingredients : Serves 2
2 cups Strong chicken stock
2 squares Fresh bean curd
1/2 cup Chopped cooked chicken
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh coriander leaves
Chill stock and remove all fat from the surface.
Bring the stock to the boil.
Add the bean curd and chicken.
Then heat through.
Sprinkle with the fresh coriander leaves.
Serve immediately.
