Garlic and Vinegar Sauce Recipe

Ingredients :

2 or 3 fresh red chilies
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons vinegar

Salt to taste

Method :

Pound together the chilies and garlic. Add sugar, vinegar and salt and mix well. This may be done in a blender, putting all the ingredients in together, but because blending makes the sauce frothy, it should be made a few hours before and left to stand. Alternatively, use sambal ulek instead of chilies, crush the garlic and mix everything together.
