Pork with Asparagus Recipe

Asparagus spears
Firm tofu
Cooking oil
Garlic, crushed
Pork mince
Red chili, seeded and finely
sliced
Garlic chives, finely chopped
Oyster sauce
Fish sauce
Sugar

Method :
- Trim the asparagus and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the asparagus in a heatproof bowl, cover it with boiling water
and stand for 3 minutes, drain.
- Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
- Place a wok over high heat. When it is very hot, add the oil and
swirl it around.
- Add the garlic, pork and chili, and quickly brown the meat while
tossing.
- When the meat has browned, add the asparagus and tofu and combine
well.
- Add the garlic chives, oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar and stir
through the pork mixture.
- Serve immediately with rice.
