Peel the radishes and cut into the size of
matchstick strips. Peel the apple and cut into similar strips. Soak in
cold water with a good squeeze of lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
Slice the scallions very finely, both the green and white parts. Combine
all the remaining ingredients and toss with the radish, well-drained
apple and scallions. Cover and chill before serving cold.
