Method :

Cut beef into
paper-thin strips and put in a bowl with next seven ingredients.

Set aside for
30 minutes while preparing vegetables.

Soak noodles
in hot water for 20 minutes, then drain and cut 7-10 cm lengths.

Stir fry all
ingredients separately until just cooked.

Mix together
on a large plate, season to taste with soy, sugar, salt, pepper and add
monosodium if liked.

Serve while
still very hot.
