Fried Fish Recipe

(Tuigim Saengsun)

Ingredients : Serves 6

Small fillets of fish

Light soy sauce

Toasted, crushed sesame seeds

Finely chopped spring onions

Sesame oil

Vegetable oil

Pinch ground black pepper

Method :
  • Wash and dry the fish.

  • Combine soy sauce, sesame seeds, pepper, spring onions and sesame oil.

  • Dip fish into the mixture and fry in hot oil until it is cooked through and golden brown on both sides.

  • Serve soon after cooking while still hot.
