(Tuigim Saengsun)
Ingredients : Serves 6

2 teaspoons
Small fillets of fish
Light soy sauce
Toasted, crushed sesame seeds
Finely chopped spring onions
Sesame oil
Vegetable oil
Pinch ground black pepper
Wash and dry the fish.
Combine soy sauce, sesame seeds, pepper, spring onions and sesame oil.
Dip fish into the mixture and fry in hot oil until it is cooked through and golden brown on both sides.
Serve soon after cooking while still hot.
