       Ingredients : Serves 4 2
      tablespoons cooking oil 
      1 clove garlic, grated finely 
      1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated finely 
      1/2 cup flaked cooked crab meat 
      1/2 cup cooked pork, chopped 
      4 cups cooled cooked rice, ideally overnight 
      1/2 cup scallions, chopped 
      Salt to taste 
        
      
      Method : 
		
		Heat a wok with the cooking oil. Add in 
		the ginger, crab meat, garlic and pork immediately. Stir fry until very 
		hot and add in the cooked rice. Continue to stir fry until rice is 
		fried. Add the scallions and sprinkle some salt to taste. Toss well to 
		mix. If necessary, add more salt. Serve while hot.
