Crab and Pork Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4

1/2 cup

1/2 cup

4 cups

1/2 cup

1 teaspoon

Oil

Garlic, finely grated

Finely grated fresh ginger

Flaked cooked crab meat

Chopped cooked pork

Hot cooked rice

Chopped spring onions

Salt or to taste

Method :
  • Heat oil in a wok and put in garlic, ginger, crab and pork at once.

  • Stir fry until very hot, add rice and continue stir frying until rice is fried.

  • Add spring onions and sprinkle salt over.

  • Toss well to mix.

  • Taste and add more salt if necessary.

  • Serve while hot.
