Ingredients : Serves 4-6

Roasting chicken
Light soy sauce
Sesame oil
Finely chopped garlic
Chili powder or cayenne pepper
Spring onions, very finely chopped
Salt
Cut chicken into small serving pieces.
Put into a large heavy pan, add all remaining ingredients and mix well so that all the chicken comes in contact with the flavorings.
Leave for 2 hours at room temperature.
Then put on low heat and cook, covered, until chicken is tender.
Serve with hot rice and kin chi.
