Wash, peel and devein the raw shrimps.
Leave the tails intact. Mix the shrimps with onions, garlic, ginger,
cilantro, sambal oelek, turmeric, lemon rind, lemon juice and peanuts.
Cover and set aside in the refrigerator for 1 hours. Heat a wok with
oil. Add the shrimp mixture and stir-fry over high heat for about 3
minutes or until the shrimps are cooked. Serve hot with steamed white
