Cut the beef loin into bite-size pieces.
Mix and knead the beef with ground spices, sweet soy sauce, lime juice
and oil. Let the mixture stand for 20 minutes. Thread 4 pieces of the
beef onto a skewer, brush with the remaining marinade and grill under
hot charcoal until golden brown. Serve with sweet soy sauce or peanut
To make the sweet soy sauce, grind 10
bird's eye chilies with 2-3 shallots and mix with 3 tablespoons of sweet
soy sauce. For peanut sauce, grind 1 red chili with 100 g roasted
peanuts and add 100 cc water and stir well.
