Sambal Ulek Recipe

(Hot Chili Paste)

Ingredients :

25 fresh red chilies

2 teaspoons salt

Tamarind liquid


Method :

Use a food processor to blend the chilies, adding enough tamarind liquid to keep the mass moving. Blend to a paste and add salt. Remove and store in a sterilized bottle in the refrigerator. use as required in recipes.
