Sambal Ulek Recipe
(Hot Chili Paste)

2 teaspoons
|
Fresh red chilies
Salt
Vinegar or tamarind liquid
|
Method :
- Put the chilies, seeds and all, into
a container of an electric blender.
- Add enough vinegar or tamarind liquid
to keep the mass moving.
- Blend to a paste.
- Add Salt.
- Put into a sterilized bottle and store
in the refrigerator.
- Use as required in the recipes.
