Grilled Beef Marinated in Spicy Coconut Milk Recipe

Ingredients :

500 g beef loin

150 cc thick coconut milk

Skewers

 

Spices (ground)

1 tablespoon cilantro, roasted

1 teaspoon tamarind

1 teaspoon turmeric, chopped

7 shallots

3 cloves garlic

Salt and brown sugar

 

Method :

Cut the beef into 3 pieces and combine with the ground spices and coconut milk. Stir until they are mixed thoroughly. Let it stand for 2 hours. Remove the beef from the marinade and set aside. Thread the beef onto skewers and brush with the remaining marnade. Heat up a grill with hot charcoal. Grill the meat until thoroughly cooked. Remove the beef from the skewers and cut into bite-sized pieces. Serve with sambal.
