Lamb, sliced into pieces 3 X 4 X 5 cm
Water
Evaporated milk
Tomato, chopped
Salt to taste
Coriander
Cumin, roasted
Aniseed
Dried chilies
Chopped ginger
Chopped turmeric
Garlic
Shallots

Method :
- Heat oil and sauté garlic
until golden brown.
- Add shallots, stir until
soft, then add ground and whole spices.
- Continue to stir until
fragrant.
- Add meat, water, milk,
tomato and salt.
- Cook until the gravy
thickens.
- Serve hot.
