Hot and Spicy Grilled Chicken Recipe

Ingredients :

1 kg chicken

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons lime juice

5 tablespoons cooking oil

Salt

 

Spices (ground)

100 g red chilies

25 g bird's eye chilies

6 shallots

6 cloves garlic

1/2 teaspoon dried shrimp paste

3 teaspoons ginger, chopped

2 tomatoes, chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Method :

Wash and cut the chicken into 4 pieces. Pat dry with paper towel. Rub the chicken with lime juice and 1 teaspoon of salt. Set aside to stand for 20 minutes. Heat a wok with oil and gently fry the ground spices until fragrant and season with salt to taste. Add the chicken pieces and cook for a few minutes. Add a little water if necessary and simmer until the chicken is half-cooked. Remove the chicken aside and allow to cool. Grill the chicken pieces over hot charcoal and brushing them with the remaining sauces. Turn them over from time to time for even cooking. Serve hot.
