Wash the chicken and cut into 4 pieces.
Then rub the chicken pieces with tamarind and salt mixed with 2
tablespoons of water. Heat a wok with oil and saute the ground spices
until fragrant. Add in the chicken pieces and pour in the 250 cc water
and sweet soy sauce. When the chicken is half-cooked with the sauce
thickened, add the lime juice and set aside. Grill the chicken over hot
charcoal and occasionally brushing it with the sauteed spices. Cut into
smaller pieces if preferred before serving.
