Fish and Glass Noodles in Banana Leaf Recipe

(Sate Ikan)

Ingredients :

500 g minced fish fillet

25 g cellaphene noodles

1 onion, chopped

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon salt

200 cc thick coconut milk

Banana Leave

 

Method :

Soak the cellaphene noodles in water until tender, drain and cut into 10 cm lengths. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Put 2 tablespoons of the fish mixture on a banana leaf and wrap. Do the same for the rest of the remaining mixture. Place in a steamer and steam until cooked. Remove from the steamer and serve hot with white rice.
