Chili Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients :

500 g medium size raw shrimps

2 tablespoons cooking oil

1 large onion, chopped

3/4 cup water

2 tomatoes, wedged

Chili shrimp spice

Scallions, sliced finely

 

Method :

Remove the shell of the shrimps. Heat a wok with the oil and saute the onions over high heat for about 5 minutes. Add the shrimps and fry. Blend the chili shrimp spice with 3/4 cup of water and tomatoes before cooking until sauce is thickened. Serve with steamed breads or buns. Garnish with sliced scallions before serving hot.
