       Ingredients : 6 
		large leeks 
      2
      tablespoons ghee 
      1
      teaspoon cumin seeds 
      1
      teaspoon ground turmeric 
      1
      teaspoon fresh ginger, grated finely 
      1
      teaspoon garam masala 
      
		Salt to taste 
		  
      
      
      Method : 
		
		Wash the leeks well to get rid of all the 
		grits. Cut the leeks into fairly thick slices. Heat up a wok with the 
		ghee and fry the cumin for a minute, stirring constantly. Add ginger and 
		turmeric and fry for another minutes. Add in the leeks and stir and fry 
		for 5 minutes before sprinkling in the garam masala and salt to taste. 
		Cover with a lid and cook until the leek is tender, stirring
