Dry Spicy Fried Beans Recipe

Ingredients :

500 g green beans

1 onion, chopped finely

1 tablespoon ghee

1/2 teaspoon turmeric, ground

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

Salt to taste


Method :

String the beans and slice them thickly. Heat a wok with the ghee and saute the onion until golden. Add chili, garam masala and tumeric. Stir for a few seconds and add beans. Cook, stirring for about 5 minutes. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat until the beans are just tender. Serve hot with rice.
