       Ingredients : 750 g 
		ground beef 
      
		3 tablespoons tomato ketchup 
      2 large 
		onions, chopped 
      3 tablespoons 
		oyster sauce 
		
		3 red chilies, chopped 
      1 cup 
		breadcrumbs 
      2 
		eggs 
      3 tablespoons 
		cilantro, chopped 
		Salt to taste 
		Black pepper to taste 
		Oil for frying   
      
      Method : 
		
		To make the meatballs, mix in all the 
		ingredients. Use your hand to make small round balls. Leave the 
		meatballs in the fridge before frying. Heat a wok with oil and fry the 
		meatballs until they are cooked. Serve with either some mild or hot
