Stir-Fried Shrimp with Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients :

250 g

500 g

1 tablespoon

2 teaspoons

Bean sprouts or 2 cups shredded cabbage

Shrimp, peeled and if large, cut in two

Cooking oil

Medium onion, thinly sliced

Soy sauce, optional

Salt and black pepper to taste

Method :
  • Prepare the vegetables and shrimp.

  • Heat oil and stir fry onion for a few seconds.

  • Add the shrimp and vegetable.

  • Stir-fry for 3 minutes on high heat.

  • Add salt, pepper and soy sauce.

  • Cover and remove from heat.

  • Serve immediately while hot.
