Pig Trotter Soup Recipe

Ingredients : |

Pig
trotter
Light soy sauce
Medium onions
Garlic
Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Method :
-
Wash and clean
trotter.

Chop into four
pieces.

Rub with soy
sauce.
-
Put into
saucepan with 4 cups water or more if necessary and bring to boil.

Remove any scum
that may rise to surface while boiling.
-
When meat is
tender, remove and discard bones.
-
Add onions and
garlic and continue cooking for further 10 minutes.
-
For flavor
sprinkle with chopped coriander.
-
Add salt and
pepper to taste.

Serve hot with
rice.
