Ingredients :

1 tablespoon
Shelled shrimp
Medium onions
Green chili
Turmeric powder
Chopped fresh coriander leaves
Plain flour
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying
Mince the shrimps through the fine blade of a mincer.
Chop very finely the onions, chili and coriander.
Mix with the other ingredients.
Shape into little balls and roll in flour to coat.
Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry balls until golden.
