Fried Shrimp Balls Recipe

Ingredients :

500g shrimps, shell removed

2 medium onions

1 green chili

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

Salt to taste

Plain flour

Cooking oil for shallow frying

 

Method :

Use a mincer with a fine blade to mince the shrimps. Chop the onions finely with chili and cilantro. Mix with the other ingredients and the shrimps. Use your hand to shape the mixture into small balls and coat it with the plain flour. Heat a wok with the oil and fry the balls until it turned golden. Serve.
