       Ingredients :

      cup fish sauce 
		
		1
      teaspoon cooking oil 
		
		1 large onion, chopped finely 
      
		1
      stem lemon grass (white part only), finely sliced crossways

      cloves garlic, chopped finely 
      
		2 scallions, chopped finely 
      
		1
      teaspoon chili powder 
		  
      
      Method :
		Heat up a wok with the cooking oil. Add in 
		the chopped onion and saute for a few seconds. Pour in the fish cause 
		and bring to the boil. Add lemon grass, scallions, garlic and chili 
		powder and stir before removing from the heat immediately. 
		Leave a side
