Fish Sauce Saute Recipe

(Ngan Pya Ye Chet)

Ingredients :

1 teaspoon

1 stem

6 cloves

Oil

Large onion, finely chopped

Fish sauce

Lemon grass, finely sliced crossways

Garlic, finely chopped

Spring onions, finely chopped

Chili powder

Method :
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.

  • Put in the chopped onion and fry for a few seconds.

  • Pour in the fish sauce and bring to the boil.

  • Remove from heat and immediately add lemon grass, garlic, spring onions and chili powder.

  • Allow to cool.
