Wash the bean sprouts in clean water before
draining and removing the roots. All all the ingredients to make a
paste.Add in the bean sprouts and mix well. Heat up a wok or frying pan
and when hot, fry a small portion of the mixture until it is crisp. The
color should be golden brown and not too dark. Place on absorbent paper
to absorb the excess oil. Serve while it is still hot.
