      Meat with Spinach Recipe

            Lamb, mutton or beef (with bone) 
            
            Oil 
            
            Medium onions, grated 
            
            Garlic paste 
            
            Ginger paste 
            
            Fresh tomato puree 
            
            Garam masala powder 
            
            Red chili powder 
            
            Turmeric powder 
            
            Salt 
            
            Boiled, ground spinach 
            
              
            
              
            
            Cream or milk

      Method :
		- 
		
		Wash meat, pat dry and cut
              into pieces.  
		- 
		
		Heat oil in a non-stick
              pan, add onions, garlic and ginger, and fry till light brown.  
		- 
		
		Mix in tomato puree and
              fry till oil bubbles on the surface, stiffing occasionally.  
		- 
		
		Sprinkle in spice powders
              and salt, and stir well.  
		- 
		
		Add meat and fry for 10
              minutes, stirring occasionally.  
		- 
		
		Stir in 1 cup water,
              transfer to a pressure cooker and cook under pressure for 15
              minutes.  
		- 
		
		Allow cooker to cool
              before opening it.  
		- 
		
		Blend in spinach and cook
              for 8-9 minutes.  
		- 
		
		Garnish with swirls of
              cream or milk, and serve with bread.
