Thyme Chicken Recipe

Chicken drumstick (boned)

Cooked boiled potato, cube

White wine

Flour

Olive oil

Bacon

Tomato, diced

Onion, minced

Ketchup

Broth

Salt

Thyme and parsley as needed

Pepper and sugar to taste

Method :
  1. Coat the chicken with flour.
  2. Fry in the pan until golden.
  3. Add the bacon, onion and thyme to the chicken and fry until flavor is released.
  4. Sprinkle with pepper and drizzle with wine, add broth, tomato, ketchup, salt and sugar.
  5. Cook until liquid reduced to half.
  6. Add potato and cook until liquid has thickened.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley leaves, remove to serving plate and garnish with greens.
  8. Serve immediately.
