Herb Chicken Drumstick Recipe

Chicken drumsticks

Lemon

Chinese white wine

Parsley, minced

Salt

Rosemary

Black and white pepper

Thyme

Bay leaves

Cooking oil

Method :
  1. Rinse the chicken, sprinkle with salt and rub evenly into chicken.
  2. Arrange on deep plate, add half amount of rosemary, black and white pepper, bay leaves and thyme to the chicken.
  3. Mix well and chill in the refrigerator for 1 day to let the flavor be absorbed completely.
  4. Cut lemon into half moon shapes. line bottom of another plate with sliced lemons.
  5. Add remaining rosemary, black and white pepper, bay leaves, thyme and white wine. Mix well.
  6. Fill the frying pan with oil and bring heat to medium high. Deep fry the chicken until done.
  7. Remove chicken to the plate set above. Stir in well before chilling in refrigerator for 1 day to let flavor be absorbed thoroughly.
  8. When serving, sprinkle with parsley and garnish with cherry tomatoes.
