- Rinse the chicken,
sprinkle with salt and rub evenly into chicken.

half amount of rosemary, black and white pepper, bay leaves and
thyme to the chicken.
- Mix well and chill in the
refrigerator for 1 day to let the flavor be absorbed completely.
