Ham with Bay Leaves Recipe

Ingredients :

Ground pork, chopped finely

Onion, minced

Garlic

Salt

Nutmeg powder

Bay leaves

Pepper

Sugar

Cooking oil

Method :
  1. Place the pork in a bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients into the bowl.
  3. Knead by hand until sticky.
  4. Remove to a greased square container.
  5. Place 5 bay leaves on the surface.
  6. Preheat oven to 180-200oC.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Slice before serving.
  9. Serve with greens as desired or with lemon slices.
