Beef ribs with Rosemary Recipe

Ingredients :

1 rack

1 tablespoon

1 sprig

 

Sauce -

60 cc

1 teaspoon

60 cc

2 teaspoons

1 teaspoon

1/8 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon

 

Beef ribs (three bones)

Cooking oil

Fresh rosemary (or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary)

 

 

Whipping cream

Butter

Broth

Ketchup

A1 sauce

Salt

Sugar

Red wine as needed

Method :
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Paste rosemary onto ribs on a plate.
  3. Slowly place ribs in oil with rosemary facing down and  cook until golden on both sides.
  4. Drizzle  with wine and remove to a plate.
  5. Garnish with greens, chili pepper or salad.
  6. Cook the sauce ingredients with the remaining oil in a pan.
  7. Cook until thickened.
  8. Pour sauce on ribs and serve.
