Ingredients : Serves 4
225 g/8 oz strawberries 25 g/1 oz/2 tbsp caster (superfine) sugar
30 ml/2 tbsp Cointreau 300 ml/0.5 pt/1.25 cups double (heavy) cream, whipped
Method :
Reserve four strawberries for decoration, then crush the remainder with the sugar. Whisk the Cointreau into the cream, then fold in the strawberry mixture. Spoon into individual glass dishes and top with a strawberry. Chill before serving.
