       Ingredients : 
            200 g sweet potatoes, orange type 
            
            
            
            
            200 ml coconut milk 
            
            20 g agar-agar powder 
            
            150 g sugar 
            
            750 ml water 
            
            2 pandanus leaves, tie into knot 
		
            Salt to taste 
		
              
      
      Method :
		Cut the sweet potatoes into cubes and 
		steam until soft. Use a food processor to mash the cooked potatoes and 
		coconut milk. Use a fine sieve to strain the mixture. Heat a saucepan, 
		add the agar-agar powder, water, sugar and padanus leaves. Bring to the 
		boil until the agar-agar powder fully dissolves. Stir in the pureed 
		sweet potato and coconut mixture. Continue to boil over a moderate low 
		heat. Add a pinch of salt or to taste. Pour the jelly mixture into a wet 
		tray. Put aside for the sweet potato jelly to set, then chill before 
		cutting into the desired shapes before serving chill.  |
