Steamed Pears Recipe

Ingredients :

4  tablespoons

Pears

Honey

1. Cut off the tops of the pears.
2. Keep the tops as a lid.
3. Core the pears.
4. Fill each pear with one tablespoon of honey.
5. Place the cut-off portion back to top of the pears.
6. Steam the pears upright in heatproof dishes.
7. Serve hot.
