Mango Pudding Recipe

Ingredients :

2 packets gelatin, unflavored

3/4 cup sugar

1 cup hot water

3 cups pureed fresh mangoes

1 cup evaporated milk

10 ice cubes

 

Method :

Fill a bowl with the hot water and soak the gelatin and sugar until dissolved and smooth. Mix the mango puree, evaporated milk and the ice cubes in a large bowl. Pour the gelatin mixture into the mango mixture and stir until the ice cubes are melted. Pour the cold mixture into a jelly mold and chill in the refrigerator to set for atbout 3-4 hours.

 

When serving, dip the jelly mold briefly in hot water to loosen it and turn the pudding out onto a platter. Beast eaten within the same day.
