Arrowroot Jelly Recipe

Ingredients :

2 teaspoons arrowroot powder

250 ml water

1 teaspoon lime juice

Drop of red food coloring

Honey to taste


Method :

Add a tablespoon of cold water to the arrowroot and mix to a smooth cream. Heat up a small pot of water to the boil. Stir in the honey and the arrowroot until it thickens and clear. Add the lime juice and color to a delicate pink.


Pour into a glass dish and leave aside to set. Before serving, put in the fridge to chill. Serve.
