Ingredients :
2 teaspoons
250 ml
1 teaspoon
1 drop
Arrowroot powder
Water
Lime juice or few drops of vanilla
Red food coloring (optional)
Honey or sugar to taste
Mix the arrowroot with a tablespoon of cold water to a smooth cream.
Bring measured water to the boil in a small pan.
Stir in honey or sugar and when it has dissolved.
Stir in the arrowroot until it becomes thick and clear.
Add lime juice or vanilla and color to delicate pink.
Then pour into a glass dish or mould and leave to set.
Serve chilled.
