Almond Junket Recipe

Ingredients :

10 g agar-agar powder

4 tablespoons sugar

150 ml evaporated milk

600 ml water

1 teaspoon almond essence

1 can mixed fruit salad with syrup to garnish

Method :

Use a pan and fill with water, sprinkle the agar-agar powder on the surface and bring to the boil. Add the milk and almond essence. Pour the mixture into a large serving glass bowl. All to cool for about 30 minutes before placing in the fridge for 2-3 hours to set.


When serving, cut the almond juncket into small cubes. Pour the syrup and mixed fruit salad over it to garnish.
