teaspoons agar-agar powder
400 ml can sweetened condense milk
1/2 teaspoons almond essence
Fill a pot with the water and sprinkle the
agar-agar powder on the surface. Bring the pot to the boil. Stir to
ensure that the agar-agar powder are fully dissolved. Turn the heat off.
Stir in the almond essense and condense milk. Pour into a large glass
bowl and let to set. If prefer chill, keep in the fridge.
Cut into various shapes and serve.
